Class Materials INSTRUCTORS - click on this link to access your copies of student materials. You will need the password from the Training Director to access these documents. ​ JCAC students - you will need a password to access the materials for the class in which you and your dog are registered for the current session. There are 3 different forms due to the different requirements for each type of class / situation. Carefully read the descriptions below to ensure you are using the correct form. 1. Class Application The Regular Class Application is for anyone who wants to register for the various agility classes offered 4 times per year. NOTE : Many classes such as Distance, Intermediate 2, 3, Novice, and Advanced on Thursday fill up very quickly so PLEASE get your application in early to ensure a spot! 2. Student Equipment Purchase Form NEW!!! Current JCAC students may order jumps and weaves for home training. 3. Foundation Class The Foundation & Relationship class is for puppies and dogs that have never done agility before, are just starting out in agility, or for those dogs that haven't trained with JCAC before. 4. Instructors This form should be self-evident, but if not, it's to be used ONLY by instructors and designated club officials.
